The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.
The purchase contract is concluded with Krzysztof Borowik.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract is/are: German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
Delivery is made exclusively by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
If you select prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email, and we will deliver the goods after receiving your payment.
Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
SEPA Direct Debit
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you at least one banking day in advance of the date of the debit (so-called prenotification). A banking day is every working day except Saturdays, national public holidays in Germany, and 24 and 31 December each year.
The debit will occur before the goods are shipped.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment service (PayPal Europe S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered PayPal customers based on their own criteria. We have no influence over these offers. These additional payment options are subject to your contractual relationship with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.
Statutory warranty rights apply.
